Who we are

Speakers Bureaus Directory is owned and operated by FMY International Trading Co., Ltd., a company owned by Vanee Detpetch. For any question about your details, email [email protected].

The short version

Reading this site never asks for your name or email.

If you send an enquiry to a bureau, what you type goes to that bureau and a copy comes to us. We delete our copy after 12 months, and we never sell it or pass it on. Google Analytics counts visits to every page.

When you send an enquiry

The form on a bureau's page asks for your name and email, plus a few lines on what you're looking for. You can also add a phone number, your organisation, the event date, the location and the audience size.

All of it goes by email to the bureau you picked. Your email is set as the reply address, so the bureau answers you directly. From then on, the bureau handles your details under its own privacy policy. We have no say in what it does with them.

A copy of the same email comes to our team inbox. We use it to see which listings people actually contact, and we delete it 12 months after it arrives. There's no mailing list. We don't sell your details or pass them to anyone except the bureau you chose.

Two outside services handle the enquiry on its way. Cloudflare hosts this site and runs the form. Resend, an email delivery service, sends the email.

The spam check

The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a person is sending it, not a bot. Turnstile reads signals from your browser to decide. When you press send, we pass your IP address to Cloudflare to finish the check. We don't store it.

Analytics and fonts

Every page runs Google Analytics 4. It sets cookies in your browser and records the pages you view, your rough location, your device and how you found the site. When you send an enquiry, it records which listing you contacted. It never records your name or email, or anything you typed.

This site has no cookie banner, so Google Analytics runs for every visitor. To stop it, install Google's opt-out add-on or use a browser or extension that blocks trackers.

The fonts load from Google Fonts, so Google sees your IP address when a page opens.

If you email us directly

Email sent to [email protected] lands in the same team inbox. We delete it 12 months after it arrives, the same as enquiry copies.

The listings

The organisations listed here are businesses, and every listing is taken from the organisation's own website. If you run one and a detail is wrong, email [email protected]. The method explains how listings are checked.

Your rights

You can ask what details we hold about you, and have them corrected or deleted. Email [email protected] and we'll reply within 30 days.

We can only act on our own copy. For the copy a bureau holds, contact that bureau.

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your details, you can complain to the privacy regulator where you live.

Changes to this page

If what we collect or how we use it changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
